02 / Who it is for

Who we help

Companies that have an IT project to deliver but lack the time, people or hardware.

  • Company without its own PMO

Your IT project has several suppliers. Nobody keeps track of the schedule and budget.

We run the project, select subcontractors and report on progress.

  • Company with an X78 network

Your network runs on X78 series switches. The firmware is old and the documentation is incomplete.

We take over maintenance. Scope and response times are set out in an SLA.

  • Board with questions about AI and cloud

Cloud bills keep growing. The team wants to implement AI, but nobody is counting the costs and risks.

We assess AI use cases and bring cloud costs under control with FinOps.

  • IT team short of people

A project has stalled because one person is missing. Recruitment takes too long.

We find a specialist for the duration of a project or to cover an absence.

03 / Process

How we start working together

Four steps. Before you sign the contract, you know what you will get, when and at what price.

  1. 01

    Call

You tell us about your company and what you need. We tell you whether we can help. The call is free of charge.

    Time: 30 minutes

  2. 02

    Assessment

We review systems, hardware or staffing needs. The scope of the assessment is agreed in advance.

    Time: Depends on scope

  3. 03

    Proposal and contract

You receive a proposal with the scope, deadlines and price. We commit to sending it within 5 working days of the assessment. The contract includes an NDA.

Time: Up to 5 working days

  4. 04

    Delivery

We work in stages. The project manager reports on progress. After each stage, you receive documentation.

Time: As scheduled in the contract

04 / Working principles

How we work

Scope, deadlines and responsibilities are set out in the contract. These principles apply to every project.

  • Vetted subcontractors

We choose subcontractors against criteria: skills, cost, timing. You receive the assessment in writing.

  • Contract with scope and deadlines

Scope, schedule and price are set out in the contract. Any change of scope needs your approval.

  • NDA as standard

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before any data is shared. It also covers subcontractors.

  • One project manager

You have one point of contact. That person coordinates specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Documentation for the client

We hand over configurations, diagrams, code and procedures to you. The knowledge stays in your company.

  • Cloud cost report

In FinOps projects, you receive a cost report every month. You can see who spends what, and on what.

05 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is staff augmentation different from project management?

With staff augmentation, a specialist joins your team. You direct their work. When we run a project, we are responsible for the schedule, budget and subcontractors under the contract.

Can you find a subcontractor for a specific task?

Yes. We look for suppliers, vet them and compare their offers. You receive the comparison in writing. Then we supervise the work of the chosen company.

How quickly do you respond to an X78 switch failure?

Response times are agreed in the SLA. They depend on the role of the device and the hours the service must cover.

Will AI have access to all company data?

No. Only to the data you specify. We agree where the model runs and where the data goes. The rules are set out in the contract.

Do you sell hardware without services?

Yes. You can buy hardware and licences on their own. We can also configure and set them up.

What is FinOps?

According to the FinOps Foundation, it is a practice in which engineering, finance and business teams share responsibility for technology costs. Each team sees the cost of its part of the cloud.

Will automated tests replace testers?

No. Robots repeat known scenarios after every change. Testers get more time for new features and unusual cases.
